Applicant must have minimum 3 yrs. experience with a clean driving record, and good communication skills. Mowing and maintenance of commercial properties using "state of the art" walk behind and riding mowers, string trimmers, blowers and edger’s. Also, planting, mulching and maintenance of beds. Training crew members and delivering excellent customer service. The ability to manage multiple people on a crew to accomplish daily tasks. LANDSCAPE FOREMAN

Supervise crews performing such tasks as mulching; aerating; weeding, trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls; hauling or spreading topsoil; and lawn renovation projects. Supervise planting of seeds, bulbs, flowers, grass, ground covers, trees, and shrubs. Direct the installation of planned landscaping designs. Practice techniques for providing quality customer service. The ability to manage multiple people on a crew to accomplish daily tasks. LANDSCAPE DESIGNER
This full-time position will allow you to work with an award-winning Landscape Design/Build Firm to develop experience in the complete design process from concept sketches to construction drawings. Fieldwork will consist of measurements, site analysis and materials layout. Candidate should possess strong graphic skills. CAD experience necessary but will train. Our designs are primarily high-end residential but we also serve clients with a wide range of projects including Homeowner Associations and Commercial Properties. Full or part-time position immediately available. Salary commensurate with experience.
