We had hired J Downend to take our backyard from a weed infested wilderness to a space my family would enjoy. J Downend rose to the challenge, our yard has a steep grade and was difficult to maintain because of water run off. They built the most amazing patio and fire pit that looks like it has always been there! The old saying that you get what you pay for is definitely true with Downend Landscaping. Their price is very reasonable given the level of service that you receive. You could shop around for a cheaper landscaper, but in the end I am certain you will regret it.
We had a complex water drainage problem in our back yard and Jim Downend came out himself to design an innovative solution that has completely solved the issue. They planted over 100 plants and trees for us and non of them have ever died.
